The module is certificated with Qi. Chip is from Freescale( now is NXP) and manufactured by FOXCONN. It is 3 coils Tx module. 3 coils give much more positioning free.
Adapter should be 5V2A. it gives 5V1A for charging mobile phones, such as Samsung Note 5 and above, S6 and above. Iphone 8 and Iphone X. It has micro usb connection from adapter. It is good for DIY.
